Our clients bought this house and needed to make it a bit more "child friendly" without a huge budget. Using H4 pine sleepers to help retain the ground in certain areas, we put in new turf (with underground drainage), new paved pathways (bringing water away from the house and into a strip drain) and a small paved area for an outdoor area.
